At ChicagoPickups.com, we prioritize your digital privacy. We operate under strict data minimization guidelines, meaning we only collect the minimum amount of personal information required to deliver services, respond to inquiries, or link you with inventory support.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require user account creation, profile registrations, or credit card payments to search our pickup truck directory. We only collect personal information when you explicitly submit it:

Inquiry Forms: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and your written message.
Concierge Drawer: Client Name, Phone Number, and the selected Request Type.
Favorites (My Garage): When you favorite a vehicle, an anonymous user ID is initialized via Firebase Anonymous Authentication to synchronize your garage to your device, ensuring favorites remain saved.

3. How We Use and Share Information

Your information is used solely to route your inquiry to our system admin or the corresponding vehicle contact. We will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your email or phone number to third-party telemarketers or external broker databases.

Inquiries and concierge requests are processed securely using Firebase Firestore database services and routed to our administrative email (suburbanyp@gmail.com) via the Firebase Trigger Email Extension.

4. Data Security

We protect your data using Firebase's secure enterprise cloud infrastructure. Access to client lead data stored in our database is protected by strict Firestore Security Rules. Only authenticated site administrators are granted read access to your submissions.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Since we do not store persistent profiles or password credentials, we keep data logs clean. If you would like us to purge your previous form submissions or concierge inquiries from our databases, please submit a request to suburbanyp@gmail.com, and our technical team will execute a deletion within 72 hours.
