We operate under strict data minimization guidelines, meaning we collect, store, and process only the minimum amount of personal information required to deliver classified services, sync partner onboarding requests, or fulfill concierge inventory support.

2. Information We Collect & Data Handling

We do not require buyer user account creation or credit card payments to search our pickup truck directory. We collect personal data under the following conditions:

• Buyer Inquiry Forms: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and your written message. This data is routed directly to our admin team or matched dealership partners to answer listing queries.
• Concierge drawer: Client Name, Phone Number, and your selected sourcing preferences.
• Favorites (My Garage): When you favorite a vehicle, an anonymous user ID is initialized via Firebase Anonymous Authentication to synchronize your garage to your device, ensuring favorites remain saved.
• Partner Onboarding Form: When applying to list trucks, we collect your Name, Company/Dealer Name, Email, Phone, selected subscription tier, and compliance attestation checks.

3. Authentication & Database Infrastructure

We leverage secure cloud infrastructure managed by Google. User authentication data and admin sessions are managed securely via Firebase Authentication (Firebase Auth).All inquiry logs, concierge referrals, and listing databases are stored on Firebase Firestore. Email routing is handled securely by the Firebase Trigger Email Extension, which sends notifications directly to suburbanyp@gmail.com.

4. Data Usage Standards & Strict Non-Sharing

Your information is used solely to respond to listing inquiries or setup advertising partnerships. We will never sell, lease, trade, rent, or distribute your email or phone number to third-party telemarketers, insurance brokers, or external auto dealer databases.

5. Data Security & Storage Controls

Your submitted data is protected by Google Cloud infrastructure. Read/write operations inside our database are restricted by strict Firestore Security Rules. We enforce security policies so that only verified site administrators have access to your private inquiries. Anonymous garage storage IDs expire automatically when device cache is cleared.

6. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

If you would like us to purge your previous form inquiries, concierge requests, or partner application records from our servers, please contact our support team at suburbanyp@gmail.com. Our technical administrators will delete the corresponding Firestore records within 72 hours.
