1. Independent Directory Services

ChicagoPickups.com provides an online inventory directory and search engine showcasing used pickup trucks within the Chicago area and surrounding suburbs. ChicagoPickups.com is an independent digital advertising directory operated by ChicagoPickups.com.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that ChicagoPickups.com is not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, broker, dealer agent, auto distributor, or financial intermediary. We do not own, buy, sell, lease, exchange, broker, or inspect any of the vehicles listed on this platform. We do not participate in, control, facilitate, or execute any transaction, financing, or transfer of ownership between buyers and sellers.

2. Accuracy of Listings & Partner Advertising

Vehicle specifications, pricing, availability, and description data displayed in our directory are compiled from public sources, dealership inventory feeds, or uploads by third-party advertising partners. Partners pay flat directory listing fees to showcase their inventory, but ChicagoPickups.com does not act as a broker or transaction agent for these listings. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate logs, ChicagoPickups.com does not warrant or guarantee:

• The mechanical safety, condition, roadworthiness, or history of any truck.
• The accuracy or completeness of prices, odometer readings, specifications, or images.
• The actual availability of any listed vehicle at any external dealership or lot.

Buyers are strictly advised to inspect all vehicles in person, perform standard title and history checks (such as CARFAX), and verify specifications with the selling party before initiating any purchases or financing agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChicagoPickups.com, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Reliance on incorrect, incomplete, or outdated listings, specs, or pricing.
• Transactions, communications, or disputes arising between buyers and independent sellers/dealerships.
• Any vehicle failure, fraud, or damage sustained after contacting parties listed on the site.

4. Personal Concierge Referrals

By submitting an inquiry through our Contact Us or Personal Concierge drawer, you request ChicagoPickups.com to assist you in locating matching inventory. Any referrals or suggestions provided by our staff are for educational and convenience purposes only. We do not charge broker fees, negotiate transaction terms, or warrant the services of any referred dealership or seller.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chicago, IL.
